- Role & Responsibilities:
- Responding to employee inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Providing technical support and guidance to employees.
- Assisting with the resolution of employee complaints and issues.
- Updating and maintaining customer records and documentation.
- Participating in training and development programs to improve technical skills and knowledge.
- Assisting with the maintenance and upkeep of the IT Helpdesk system.
