OOO-Summer Break

Spread the content

It’s time for my yearly summer break and the right time to enjoy the summer vacations with my family. How about you – are you planning one too?

For a while my regular schedule (every two weeks) will be taking a little bit of hiatus.

As usual, in my last post before the summer break, I would like to share a few posts in case you missed them.

Customer complaints

Customer complaints is a hot topic in the medical device business for marketers, quality and regulatory people. I’m convinced that customer complaints are not a good indicator of customer satisfaction and I have discussed why in this post.

Product flops

Product flops are an incredibly good source of learning for product managers. In this post I analyzed 2 flops, their roots and what we should do instead.

Branding

In MedTech, branding was traditionally considered less important than in other sectors. The technical background of the companies and purchasing mechanism of medical devices which is well structured and involving different stakeholders are some of the main causes.

However, I think the medical device market is evolving toward an environment where the importance of a strong brand is increasing.  Check this post if you want to know how to build a strong brand and why it is important.

Customer centricity

Nowadays, customer centricity is very popular, in this post you will find the difference between being a truly customer centric organization and just using tools like a CRM (customer relationship management) and do some common practices.

Watch out for my next post in August! You’ll have some surprises; for example, new topics and a totally different me when I return.

Until then, happy holidays but you can always visit these posts that you might have missed and comment there.
