The industry’s overall hiring is decreased by 1.82% in July 2022 when compared with June 2022.

The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 16.13% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Poland’s pharma industry during July 2022 over June 2022.
GSK posted 13 IT jobs in July 2022 and registered a rise of 44.44% over the previous month, followed by Eurofins Scientific with 9 jobs and a 12.5% growth. AstraZeneca with 6 IT jobs and Moderna with 4 jobs, recorded a 45.45% decline and a flat growth, respectively, while Bayer recorded an increase of 33.33% with 4 job postings during July 2022.
Junior Level job postings dominate in July 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 74.51%, up by 22.58% from June 2022. Mid Level positions with a 15.69% share, registered an increase of 100% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with a 9.8% share, down 44.44% over June 2022.
