Sunny White is the CEO of Xavier Creative House (XCH), a healthcare marketing agency specializing in pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device.

Sunny is a 2022 Titan 100 and board member, a Journal My Health Healthcare Advisory Board Member, an External Advisory Board Member at Drexel University’s Charles D. Close School of Entrepreneurship, and a mentor at its Baiada Entrepreneurial Institute.
Giving back to the next generation of leaders is at the heart of Sunny’s philanthropic platform. She sponsors a fellowship for St. Joseph’s University pharmaceutical and healthcare marketing students, supports an annual scholarship for high school students who lead service organizations, and funds middle and high school students who pitch their business with the Young Entrepreneurs Academy.
Sunny is a frequent speaker at universities and industry groups, sharing her story to inspire students and emerging entrepreneurs.
She has an MBA in Pharmaceutical & Healthcare Marketing (2022), encompassing a Pharmaceutical & Healthcare Marketing Post-Master’s Certificate (2021). Her previous education includes Wharton’s Leadership in a New Era of Healthcare program (2019) and an MBA in International Marketing (2009).
